Google Notebook

Google Notebook is a free service offered by Google that provides a simple way to save and organize clips of information. The browser tool allows you to add notes and comments, clip text & images, and save links from pages to your electronic notebook during browsing. Your selections are saved to your online notebook which you can access from anywhere on the Internet. If you choose to share your notes, there are sharing and collaboration features. Notebooks can contain headings and notes, can be organized into files (labels) and can also be reorganized using drag-and-drop features.
